INDIA,
Assam, Morigaon: RAJKONWAR is
a leader of a terrorist organization.
On 7th January 1993, several members
of the organization were arrested
with the help of people in Gova
village. On 22nd January 1993,
in order to terrorize the people
of the village, RAJKONWAR ordered
several members of the organization
to kidnap the four people who
had assisted in the arrest of
the terrorists. Three of the hostages
were subsequently murdered.
REASON FOR NOTICE :
Wanted on
an arrest warrant (no number),
issued on 1st March 1997 by the
judicial authorities in Morigaon,
Assam, India, for kidnapping,
murder and terrorist activities.
EXTRADITION WILL BE REQUESTED
FROM ANY COUNTRY. If found, please
detain and immediately inform

Kakoti and Dulu Purakayastha
with the help of village Gova
under PS - Jagiroad, District
- Morigaon apprehended Prabhat
Saikia, Romen Nath and Prasanta
Bora, the then District Commander
, Asstt. District
Commander and General Secretary
of Nagaon district of banned
ULFA organisation respectively.
They were handed over to Jagiroad
PS Police on 08-01-93 who put
them in jail.
On being ordered, abetted and
instigated by the S.S.Chairman
of banned ULFA Rajib Rajkonwar
@ Arabinda Rajkhowa ULFA activist
Swapnil Dekaraja @ Pranab Boro
and others abducted Raimon Pator
of Gova Natun Gaolia Gaon on
22-01-93 @ 3:30 p.m. from his
house and murdered him brutally
on 26-01-93. In the morning
the dead body of abducted Raimon
Pator was recovered at Phulbari
Tiniali of Morigaon Town with
mutiple injuries. It was a retaliatory
action of ULFA to terrorise
the general people to debar
them from helping Police in
apprehending ULFA activities
in future.
On the same day (22-01-93) the
same group of criminals abducted
Debeswar Pator, Gopi Kakoti
& Dulu Purukayastha and
murdered all except Debeswar
Pator and left their dead bodies
in different places on being
ordered, abetted and instigated
by the S.S.Chairman Rajib Rajkonwar.
